Take a breath... Before the May half term.

 

Join us for a soothing evening of relaxation with a sound bath guided by Mindful Sounds, followed by fresh mint and ginger tea.

Bring along your mats, pillows and blankets, and prepare to unwind. 

Spaces are limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Sound healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice, but it may not be right for everyone. It’s important to honour your body and what's right for your personal circumstances.

 

Not suitable for:
Individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy

- Heart conditions (ie those with pacemakers)
- Sound-induced epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Tinnitus or heightened sensitivity to sound
- Severe mental health conditions
